Iyari 2 is a private beachfront hideaway located in the upscale Kupuri neighborhood of Punta Mita. This fully staffed villa accommodates up to 20 people in 4 ocean-view suites, 2 guest bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a private chef for an amazing vacation. It also offers beach access, daily housekeeping, gorgeous ocean views, and opulent facilities.

There are two full-length Brunswick professional bowling lanes at Iyari 2. Our own bowling alley, which is situated in the entertainment room on the lower level, offers visitors countless hours of amusement.

Enjoy the ultimate in wellness with our adjacent amenities: a large wrap-around Jacuzzi with strong jet massagers that can accommodate up to 16 guests for a relaxing hot and cold therapy experience, and a therapeutic-grade cold plunge pool that is set at a refreshing 60°F for rejuvenation and recuperation.

After a vigorous workout, unwind in our roomy steam room, which is situated in the gym area. This contemporary steam room, which can easily hold up to eight people, is designed for the utmost relaxation.

With a 5K projector, a 136" screen, Apple TV, and Sonos surround sound, you can watch and listen to your favorite shows and movies in breathtaking detail and with rich audio. Our custom-made, luxurious couches can accommodate up to 12 people, making them ideal for a quiet movie night or binge-watching your favorite shows.

With a table for card games, a pool table, and a foosball table, this space is ready to produce countless hours of amusement and laughing.

Two six-passenger golf carts are available at Iyari 2, offering easy and fashionable transportation for exploring Punta Mita's beaches, golf courses, and facilities.

In addition to golf courses, tennis courts, and a fitness facility, guests have first dibs on Punta Mita's upscale beach clubs, such as the Kupuri Beach Club, which is only a 4-minute drive away. A private golf membership completes the resort experience like no other.
